Michelle Schurig wants us to think differently about preventative care. She practices a unique style of massage based on tuina (pronounced toee-na), the second branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition to a masters in public health, she is a licensed massage therapist, and certified herbalist. Her family is from Chile and she has traveled extensively, having lived abroad in Asia and western Europe. Her exposure to many different cultures has contributed to her knowledge and passion for natural approaches to health, integrating time-tested traditions from around the world.
The Traditional Method offers wellness consultations, tuina, acupressure, cupping, moxibustion, and herbal medicine, traditionally used for pain management, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and other health conditions. Click here for a free consultation.
